European security revisited (ENSURE)

ENSURE (European security revisited) is a Max Planck Research Group headed by Carolyn Moser and funded by the Max Planck Society (2022-27). It explores and critically assess the – potentially significant – reshaping of law and governance triggered by the European Union's adjustment to increasingly harsh geopolitical realities.

The Max Planck Law Fellow Group is headed by Antoine Vauchez and brings together researchers from the MPIL and the Max Planck Institute for Legal History and Legal Theory under the direction of Armin von Bogdandy and Stefan Vogenauer.

The humanet3 project (2023-2026) is a joint research group by the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, and the Max Planck Institute for Human Development. Its principal investigators are Armin von Bogdandy, Josef Drexl and Iyad Rahwan. The research group is led by Erik Tuchtfeld. The group analyzes and puts forward proposals of how a "human-centered" digital transition can be defined and be worked towards.

Transnationale Solidaritätskonflikte (TSK)

Das Projekt Transnationale Solidaritätskonflikte ist eine dreiköpfige Forschungsgruppe im Rahmen des Emmy-Noether-Programms der Deutschen Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) unter der Leitung von Anuscheh Farahat. Das Forschungsprojekt arbeitet an der FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg und in Kooperation mit dem Max Planck Institut für ausländisches öffentliches Recht und Völkerrecht in Heidelberg.
