VIII. Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Forschungseinrichtungen des In- und Auslands

E. Besuch von Studenten der Universität Tel Aviv

In Fortsetzung einer seit fünfzehn Jahren bestehenden Praxis besuchte in diesem Jahr vom 1. bis zum 5. September wieder eine Studentengruppe der Universität Tel Aviv das Institut. Die Studenten hörten Vorträge zum deutschen Verfassungsrecht, zum Europarecht, zum Rechtsschutz unter der EMRK sowie zum Völkerrecht, und zwar zu folgenden Themen:

  • "Introduction to the basic principles of German constitutional law" (Prof. Frowein);

  • "Introduction to the procedure of constitutional adjudication" (Dr. Hartwig);

  • "Human dignity in German constitutional law" (Dr. Walter);

  • "The treaty of Nice and the future of the European Union" (Ass. Raible);

  • "Democratic governance in the European Union?" (Ass. Radermacher);

  • "The German armed forces - a constitutional perspective" (Ref. Simon);

  • "Introduction to the International Criminal Court" (Ref. Wagner);

  • "Introduction to the European Convention on Human Rights, in particular to the freedom of expression (art. 10 ECHR)" (Ref. Vennemann);

  • "Political parties in Germany - Status, dissolution, finance & elections" (Ass. Ziegler);

  • "National legislation on terrorism - a comparative approach" (Frau Dagron, Dr. Less, Ref. Rau)
