The MPG has a contract with pme Familienservice GmbH, a service provider which supports employees with combining family life with a career. The company advises employees on childcare options for children aged 0 to 14 years; emergency and back-up child care; and elderly care possibilities. The agency's service is free for MPG employees, although they have to pay for the care costs themselves.

You can find out more information on the pme website (an English version is in process)
