2011- 2016: Schumpeter Fellow at the MPIL 

Director of the Institute for Legal Studies at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest where he also holds a tenured research chair. Former Schumpeter Fellow at the MPIL where he lead a five years project on Constitutional Reasoning in a Comparative Perspective. Formerly he held different research and teaching positions at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest (2010-2011); at the Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (CEPC) in Madrid (2008-2010); at the University of Liverpool (2006-2008); at the Nottingham Trent University (2004-2006); at the MPIL (2003-2004); and at the Calvinist University Károli Gáspár in Budapest (2001-2003).
