¤ Request for an Examination of the Situation
in Accordance with Paragraph 63 of the
Court's Judgment of 20 December 1974 in the
Nuclear Tests (New Zealand v. France) Case,

[p. 302] 44. Whereas New Zealand has submitted a "Request for an Examination of the Situation" under paragraph 63 of the Judgment delivered by the Court on

20 December 1974 in the Nuclear Tests (New Zealand v. France) case; whereas such a request, even if it is disputed in limine whether it fulfils the conditions set in that paragraph, must nonetheless be the object of entry in the General List of the Court for the sole purpose of enabling the latter to determine whether those conditions are fulfilled; and whereas, consequently, the Court has instructed the Registrar, pursuant to Article 26, paragraph 1 (b), of its Rules, to enter that Request in the General List;
