The library collects the legislation, judicial rulings, printed parliamentary papers, books and journals of all countries. The library subscribes to about 4500 current periodicals, most of them from abroad. The library has the status of a Depository Library for the United Nations, United Nations Specialized Agencies and other international and regional organizations. As a European Documentation Centre of the European Union, the library receives all documents of the European Union.
