Aufenthaltsrecht und Migrationssteuerung [Immigration law and migration control]

 

The author provides a fresh reading of current immigration law in Germany. His study on the legal framework for the control of migration for employment, on family grounds, or for protection purposes, departs from traditional patterns of police law in favour of a more modern understanding of regulating migration processes by means of law.
