Academic Career:

Kerttuli Lingenfelter has been a postdoctoral researcher in the ENSURE research group since January 2024. Prior to joining the MPIL, Kerttuli studied at Tallinn University and the European University Institute, where she defended her PhD thesis on the legal and affective dimensions of international criminality. She has been a visiting researcher at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Eric Castrén Institute of the University of Helsinki, and has served in editorial positions for the European Journal of International Law and the European Journal of Legal Studies.
