Dr Md Jahid Hossain Bhuiyan is a Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. He holds a PhD in law from the University of Queensland, Australia and an LLM from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium.
