On 1 October (Tuesday) at 3 pm, Professor Christophe Hillion will give a talk on the recurrent problem of discrepancy between the internal and external (e.g. enlargement) dimensions of the EU regime of fundamental rights protection. Christophe Hillion is Professor of European Law at the University of Leiden and the University of Stockholm. He is also a Senior Researcher at the Swedish Institute of European Policy Studies (SIEPS) where he conducts research on EU external relations, neighbourhood policy, enlargement, constitutional and administrative law.
